Welcome!
What is Partners for Tobacco Free Lake County? Partners for Tobacco Free Lake County is a coalition dedicated
to reducing tobacco use in Lake County. Our mission is to
improve the quality of Lake County, Illinois, residents’ and
workers’ lives through awareness, advocacy, and prevention of
tobacco related diseases.
Members include Lake County
residents and workers who are passionate about tobacco
prevention. Some members represent Lake County organizations
like hospitals, health care organizations, law enforcement, and
schools. Check out our member organizations on
Our Partners page.
What does Partners do? Our coalition meets every two months to find new ways we can
work together and with other community organizations to help
reduce tobacco-related diseases. Together, we try to create more
community involvement in tobacco prevention, as well as to help
people quit.
